CALCULATING THE FEE:

Charge per hour: £55

Example: 4 hours will cost 4 x £55 = £220

Minimum charge: £130 (for anything up to 2 hours)

Smoke machine: £20 extra (if the venue allows it).

Going past midnight: extra £40 per hour.

There is usually no additional travel charge.

CONTRACT AND PAYMENTS:

After a discussion about what you need, you'll get a contract that spells out the service that will be provided. Payment of 10% deposit will secure the date and time. The balance will be due 2 weeks before the event. If the event is short notice (under a fortnight), the full payment will be due straight away. Payments should be by bank transfer.
